Spicy Potato Soup


1 lb of ground chicken or turkey or beef

4 cups cubed, peeled potatoes, 1/2 inch cubes

1 sm onion, chopped

3 (8-oz) cans tomato sauce

4 cups water or you could use chicken broth

2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 – 1 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce

In a large kettle, brown your meat and the drain.  Add potatoes, onion and tomato sauce.  Stir in in your liquid (water or chicken broth) stir in salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce; bring to a boil.  Reduce Heat; simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and the coup has thickened.  Yield 6 to 8 servings.
